Product Quality & Warranty Policy

We work with kiln-seasoned wood from Europe. After manufacturing, each product is finished with the necessary sealer and top coat.

Our furniture is mostly made of solid wood, plywood, veneer & laminate. These materials have their own distinct natural differences.

Warranty Coverage

• Vibe provides a 24-month restricted warranty on manufacturing defects from date of purchase
• Please preserve your receipt for warranty claims
• During warranty period, we exchange/repair products free of cost (upon showing original invoice)
• All warranties are limited to the original buyer only

Goods shipped to and used within India are warranted to be free of material defects in furniture and workmanship for one year from delivery if properly maintained and used under normal conditions in a non-commercial setting.

"Defects" are defined as imperfections in wooden components that impair the use of the products.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange depends on product availability
• If unavailable, we offer a similar priced product
• Exchange requests only accepted after verification by our Quality Control team
• Product must be in original state without alterations
• Warranty for exchanged/repaired products equals remaining original warranty period

The VIBE warranty does not cover:

• Fabrics & upholstery (unless specifically mentioned)
• Normal wear and tear or damage from daily use
• Appearance changes due to natural aging
• Damage from improper installation, storage, or maintenance
• Misuse or non-compliance with intended use
• Water damage or discoloration from sunlight
• Breakages of glass, mirrors, or stone tops after delivery
• Labour or assembly costs
• Natural variations in color, texture, and grains
• Commercial use of any goods

We aim to maintain high quality standards and consistently work to improve them.

Our packaging is environmentally friendly and strong, tested for product weight and durability. We ship through reputed transporters with transit insurance.

Important: Report any packaging damage within 24 hours of delivery for necessary action.

Issues not reported within 24 hours will be considered "acceptable" and not warranted.

• Replacement/repair doesn't extend warranty period
• Warranty is non-transferable and for residential use only
• We provide equivalent replacement furniture of equal value
• No cash refunds - liability limited to purchase price
