A. Quality Of Goods:
We may collect the following information:
- We work on kiln seasoned wood from Europe. After manufacturing of the product, it is finished with the necessary sealer and top coat.
- Our furniture is mostly made of solid wood, plywood, veneer & laminate. These materials have their own distinct natural differences
- Vibe provides a 24 months restricted warranty on manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Please preserve the receipt of your buy for warranty claims. During the warranty period, we would exchange/repair the product free of cost depending on its condition upon showing the original invoice with date. Please note that all our warranties are limited to the original buyer only.
- Goods shipped to and to be used within the India warrants to customer that the products are free of Material Defects in furniture and workmanship for one year from delivery if well saved, dealt with, assembled, maintained, and used beneath regular conditions in a non-commercial placing
- “Defects” are described as imperfection in wooden components on the way to impair the use of the products.
- Exchange of the product would depend upon the availability. In case of unavailability, we would offer a product which is of a similar price (as to the warranted product). We would accept the exchange request only after a detailed verification and written confirmation by our Quality Control team.
- At point of exchange/repair, we would make sure there is no alteration or modification have been made in the products, we would only honour the request if the product is in its original state.
- The length of the warranty for the exchanged/repaired product is equal to the remaining length of the original warranty of the product when it was purchased originally by the customer.
B. The VIBE Warranty on Products Does Not Cover:
- Fabrics & upholstery, unless clearly mentioned. The customer shall always refer to the care instruction to maximize the life of these materials.
- Normal wear and tear or damage from daily use is not warranted—for example, fabrics may naturally fade or deteriorate over time, and lose shape. These normal conditions are not considered manufacturers' defects and are not covered under our warranty.
- Appearance of the product or any damage to the product resulting from normal wear and tear in the natural course of product usage given its aging, nature, function, composition and price, as well as damage due to usage of the product beyond its intended use.
- Any wear & tear, cuts or scratches, or damage to the product resulting from improper installation or assembly by third party, storage, improper maintenance, misuse or use not in compliance with the intended use, modifications or repairs, water damage, discoloration due to exposure to sunlight.
- Breakages of glass, mirrors, stone tops after delivery confirmation of the product.
- There are no other warranties, expressed or implied in all of the above-mentioned cases.
- Labour or assembly costs
- Variations of color, texture and grains in products made of natural materials like wood or stone tops or fabric or leather are not covered by any warranty as we do not have any control over the usage of these products.
- Commercial use of any Goods (any other usage other than outside of a personal residential setting) We always aim to maintain high quality standards and we consistently work towards improving them. C. Delivery and Transit Damage:
- We design our packaging to be both environmentally friendly and strong! We test the strength of the boxes by considering the weight of the product and number of plies in boxes. We ship our products through reputed transporters and the same is also insured for safe transit. In case while receiving the product, the customer feels that the packaging is damaged, shall report the same within Twenty-Four hours for a necessary action from our end.
- Issues not presented within Twenty-Four hours of delivery will be considered “acceptable” and will not be warranted.
D. PRODUCT CARE
- Dust regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth.
- Wipe dry with a dry, soft cloth in the direction of the wood grain.
- Spills should be immediately wiped off with a slightly damp cloth.
- Wipe the surface in the direction of the wood grain to remove dirt and fingerprints.
- Avoid the use of wax or any chemical-based products.
- Avoid direct exposure to sources of heat, air conditioning, sunlight or moist environments/rain.
- Avoid placing cold or hot drinks directly on wooden surfaces as this may leave an impression.
- For upholsteries, to keep the covers looking their best for as long as possible, we recommend dry cleaning for all of our removable soft furnishings. For non-removable furnishings, we recommend you to contact a cleaning professional to assist in the removal of the stain without damaging the fabric.
Note:
If a Client finds any defect in the product in terms of material, or workmanship, must immediately intimate such defect on [email protected] .Vibe in due course will repair or replace the product free of charge
Replacement or repair of products does not extend its warranty period beyond the original warranty expiration date.
Our warranty is non-transferrable and applies to residential (non-commercial) use only and is void if the furniture is used in what is considered to be a non-household setting, or misused, handled improperly, reupholstered or repaired by any resource other than us or our partners.
For warranty issues, we will repair or provide reasonably equivalent furniture as a replacement due to any product defects. Replacement furniture will be of equal value to the original purchase price.
No cash refund is available and in no case shall we be liable for more than the purchase price of the furniture or for incidental or consequential damages
